LGBTQ Remotely

LGBTQ Remotely is an independent remote-only job board geared towards the LGBTQ+ community including those who may not identify with the rainbow family but simply want to work for a company who embraces, and is committed to enforcing, supporting and maintaining diversity, inclusion and belonging in their work environment.
Our mission is to help democratize access to remote work opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community, by providing a safe platform for candidates, irrespective of gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation to connect directly with employers / companies and organizations of every size, from startups to large distributed companies who are committed to enforcing, supporting and maintaining diversity, inclusion and belonging in their work environment. We value diversity and we work only with those companies who share the same values, and who seeks to hire and retain staff that reflects the diversity of our communities.
We are bootstrapped and independent — from humans that are passionate about making remote work more accessible, and the world a better place. We are also one of the only remote job boards of its kind and we make it easy for remote companies who embrace diversity to access and connect with a large pool of top quality, colourful candidates from all corners of the globe. There is no scraping with us — all listings are directly from LGBTQ-friendly companies. Our pricing structure is super attractive compared to most other job boards out there, and we, too, push your listings to the Google Jobs Network, instantly. All listings include free in-house listing optimization, and we also let you, the employer, add your own custom screening questions to a built-in application form used by our candidates.

At this very time, no. We are however, in the process of looking at adding some ATS partners.
Absolutely! You can make use of the Job type field when submitting your listing/s, to add the location specific tags you need. This is multi-select.
If your position is filled, and you still have remaining days, you’re welcome to edit, and resubmit your current listings for the remaining duration of your listing package.
This is usually due to one of the following.

a) Your job listing title is too quirky and not optimized for search. We have our own in-house team that does listing optimizations on your behalf, for best results.
b) Your job listing has either too little, too much, or irrelevant copy within the body.
c) Your brand voice is missing. Did you remember to add your core values, mission and vision, why you are a great company to work for, and your perks and benefits?

An invoice will be emailed to you as soon as your listing has been submitted and paid for. You are welcome to also contact us should you have not received an invoice in your mailbox.

When submitting your job listing you have the option to either receive applications by Email, or have applicants be redirected to an external source, such as your ATS system. When opting for the Email delivery option, you will have the option to add your own custom screening questions to the built-in application form that is presented to candidates wishing to apply for your open role. You can add as many custom screening questions as you like, and could also have a different set of screening questions per job listing. These applications will be emailed to you and also be shown in the “Applications” tab found in your LGBTQ Remotely dashboard.
