PHP WordPress Developer Full Time
Overview
We are seeking a skilled PHP WordPress Developer to join our team. As a PHP WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites and applications, as well as customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs. You will work closely with our design and project management teams to ensure that all websites and applications are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Developing and maintaining WordPress websites and applications
- Customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code
- Troubleshooting and debugging code issues
- Working closely with the design and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client specifications
- Ensuring websites and applications are optimized for speed and performance
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest WordPress developments and best practices
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support when required

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in PHP web development, with a focus on WordPress
- Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with MySQL and database design
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
