Product Manager, Partnerships Full Time

About the role:  

SecureSave is seeking a remote full-time Product Manager, Partnerships to lead product development for our partner-integrated products. In this role, you’ll own the product strategy for partner-channel growth and drive integrated products from definition to launch. With SecureSave, individuals get the world’s first purpose-built emergency savings account, developed from the ground up. We work with employers of all sizes to develop a new type of workplace savings program focused on emergency savings — much like an HSA or 401K, but for short term emergency savings. 

What you’ll do day-to-day: 

• Be the voice of the product in partner conversations. Work closely with our Partnerships team and external partners to support the definition of business requirements and to translate requirements into partner-integrated product design. 
• Own the partner integration roadmap and drive partner products to launch. 
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (including financial operations, customer support, and legal) on execution of partnership project plans, beyond the digital product. 
• Manage relationships with external partner product teams throughout integration lifecycle. 
• Understand and up-level SecureSave’s partnership product strategy to support partner-channel growth in the most efficient and scaleable way. 

What we’re looking for:  

• 5+ years experience in software product management or equivalent, with a strong preference for experience in employee benefits and/or fintech  
• Demonstrated experience building B2B products with direct ownership of external client/partner relationships 
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organization to drive complex multi-stakeholder projects 
• Strong communication skills, with comfort managing external partner relationships and achieving consensus among a varied group
