HubSpot Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement seeks to empower our GTM teams with an equitable, industry-leading learning experience, to help millions grow better. Enablement is a collaborative effort aimed at equipping our teams with the right information and resources to drive maximum customer value.
We’re hiring an Enablement Partner to take a leadership role in developing and executing a global Support learning strategy. This role is strategic and requires you to align with the many teams and moving parts (both within and outside of Support) it takes to successfully manage a global enablement program.
As a strategic partner to many cross-functional teams around the company, you will act as the voice and representative of the Support as your end customer. Your resulting learning strategy and programs will be designed with our customers in mind and will be built to meet their evolving needs.

Cash compensation range: 90400-135600 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
