WHAT YOU’LL DO
DraftKings Nation is a fantasy sports and sports betting hub that gives you everything you need to know about the world of sports and more. We are looking for a Cultural Editor to help us build out content in other areas, most notably Pop Culture (reality shows, movies, TV, politics, athlete news, etc), NFTs, Collectibles, Shoe Drops. The candidate should have a very strong grasp on the topics listed above along with editorial practices. The Cultural Editor will be responsible for building out content plans for each of those topics, with a focus on Pop Culture and reality TV. The candidate will work with DraftKings as well, helping produce content around their NFT drops and come up with ideas for free-to-play pools for DraftKings Sportsbook.
It would be a plus if the candidate is able to assist in coverage of any of the following sports: Combat Sports (UFC, Boxing), F1, NASCAR, NHL, Soccer (World Cup), as well as major sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, College Sports).
WHO YOU ARE
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience editing, writing and producing content at a media outlet. The candidate needs to have experience with NFTs in some capacity (familiarity, writing, blogging, etc.), as well as knowledge of Collectibles (sports cards, trading cards, comics, memorabilia).

This job is remote.
